On April 23-25, 2009, the 3^rd Banking forum for CIS countries & Eastern Europe will take place in the congress center “Messezentrum Wien” in Vienna, Austria. This time the forum will be held together with the 20^th, jubilee BACEE Country and Bank Conference.  More than 300 heads and top-managers of the largest banks of Russia, CIS states, Central- and Eastern European countries, leaders of international and national banking associations, representatives of the international financial organisations, governments of Austria, Russia, CIS states are expected to participate in the 3^rd Banking Forum.
